Building relationships is vital to successful marketing. But for Origin, the fact their bi-fold doors were sold through an installer network meant they had little contact with the end customer. They needed a way to gather data and give customers a positive feeling about the Origin brand. And we had the answer.
On completion, installers leave a door hanger telling customers to register for their 20-year warranty. They then receive a folder with guarantee certificate, newsletter and more – even a cleaning cloth – followed by a regular newsletter to upsell other products. So far, response has been double what was expected too!
