What’s in a name? For Nevill Long, quite a lot. As part of the Encon Group, it and sister company Encon Interior Systems both specialised in supplying interiors products – which confused customers. So following extensive research, the two came together under the Nevill Long banner.
The Nevill Long brand was seen as big on service and support, but also old-fashioned. We gave it a fresh, modern look and relaunched it internally with packs featuring friendly NL people and externally with materials including DM, e-shots and a new website. Following its success, we’re now running a national campaign too.
